‘V/H/S/99’ World Premiere on TIFF’s Midnight Madness!
The Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) is one of the most prestigious in the world and we are delighted to announce today that Shudder and Bloody Disgusting, produced by Studio71 V/H/S/99 will have its world premiere as part of the Midnight Madness program! Bloody disgusting Southbound also had its world premiere at TIFF in 2015. You can read all about it at V/H/S/99 and filmmakers in our ad.
We are honored with the world premiere alongside several other genre films in the festival, which runs from September 8-18.
Bizarre: the story of Al Yankovicthe next Roku original film starring Daniel Radcliffe as the beloved parody musician, will also make its world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, first announced Variety.
Other films slated for Midnight Madness screenings include Ti West’s X prequel pearlanthology horror movie V/H/S/99, Blackening from director Tim Story, The People’s Prankster by Vera Drew, Wolf hunting project by Kim Hongsun Sick by John Hyams, Sisu by Jalmari Helander and Venus by Jaume Balagueró, all of which will have their world premieres. The programming series will conclude with the Canadian premiere of Lenore will never dieby Filipino filmmaker Martika Ramierez Escobar.
